about me

I'm a certified health coach

I have an easy relationship with food now, but for the best part of two decades I was a binge eater and bulimic. Eight years ago I found coaching and finally recovered. After so many failed attempts to keep these coping strategies in the past, I cannot express how much coaching has positively impacted every area of my life.
Six years ago I trained to help others and for five years I've been passionately supporting others to eat well and make loving health choices out of respect and care for their body. The method and tools I use are the same that ended my 20 year battle with food. It will work for you too. I use a combination of therapeutic modalities: UK NHS approved coaching frameworks, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Neurolinguistic Programming to positively shift the way you think about food and your body and create lasting behavior changes. I'm also a certified Pilates Instructor and my programs include personalized workouts for you to become physically stronger and connected to your body. I have studied nutrition and you'll learn how to support your body and balance your blood sugar so you keep feeling more energised and stabilise your weight. When we work together, we look at all areas of your health and wellbeing to improve your quality of life.
I started my career working for the UK National Health Service in mental health after studying Psychology at University.
