I have an easy relationship with food now, but for the best part of two decades I was a binge eater and bulimic. Eight years ago I found coaching and finally recovered. After so many failed attempts to keep these coping strategies in the past, I cannot express how much coaching has positively impacted every area of my life.
Six years ago I trained to help others and for five years I've been passionately supporting others to eat well and make loving health choices out of respect and care for their body.
